How to order services?
Contact us by email or phone and we will be happy to arrange a personal meeting to view the premises and discuss all the details.
How do I pay for services?
Payment is always made upon completion of the service, either in cash or by bank transfer. Of course, an invoice is issued, which you as a company can also include in your costs.
How do you deal with property damage?
In the event of damage to property, we deal with the situation by applying for insurance for damage caused at work.
How do you price your services?
After you contact us, we will arrange to inspect the premises to be cleaned and, based on the scope of your requirements, we will send you a quote for our services by email (or in person on site).
How many of us can come?
We often work alone, but in case of a larger order we can arrange for a larger number of people (on average around 5-10, depending on the size of the space and the scope of the work).
Cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and other equipment are included?
This is individual. For one-off services we bring all our equipment, for regular cleaning we use our customers’ equipment. But everything is always by mutual agreement.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use ecological cleaning products from a Slovak manufacturer.
